Had Kaleb come out today for a termite inspection! The man is a wizard working his magic! No termites were found thankfully! But he did find our shower not to be plumbed in and flowing water under our house for 30 years... Thank you so much mate! Highly recommended

Seriously the best in the business. We use this company for our yearly termite inspection but this morning we had possum issues! They were around within 2 hours of my call! Super helpful, informative and knew exactly how to fix this issue. Super friendly, professional and highly recommended!

Not just they identified a missing roof tile and helped us put one back (turned out it might have been moved by possums as it wasn't actually missing but pulled down a bit), they also managed to spot a possum sleeping between walls (the fur was sticking out from a small gap!) Emma has been great too we got email & message confirmation, message notification before tech's attendance, and detailed explanation about all the process.

I was alerted to the presence of termites on trees near my fence. My neighbor recommended Noah Ark's Pest Control, as they had successfully gotten rid of termites in his house. I was impressed with Emma's scheduling and communication of the arrival of the pest inspectors. I received a text message and they arrived promptly. Simon and Adam were soon busy checking for termites. Simon answered all of my questions and more. I learned that ant caps do not stop termites, but only make them visible as they have to resurface to continue building their mud tunnels. Simon examined some feces on wood, but thankfully, they turned out not to be termites. Simon also alerted me to damp earth and soil erosion caused by water flow beneath the house around the front door. He saw hundreds of wood cuttings from the construction of the timber house beneath the house. He advised me to remove the wood cuttings as well as the pile of wood along the fence as they are food that will attract pests. I was very impressed with Simon's professionalism, friendly demeanor, patience, and great communication skills. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a top-class pest inspection.

I must say I was very impressed with Emma's high level of professionalism & knowledge, she was very friendly to talk to and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I was also equally impressed when Simon & Kaleb who were the technician's that came out to inspect my property. They were both very professional & did a thorough inspection and explained everything to me very clearly on what they found and gave good advice on how this situation with the termites could be treated.

We managed to get an appointment on Monday afternoon with one of their technicians. Kaleb arrived within the slotted time frame and was very thorough, he set up bait stations in the ceiling & subfloor and other areas of activity. Hopefully the furry critters will be gone in a matter of weeks.

Simon was very efficient and thorough with the inspection. Spending time at the start to explain everything about termites which was fantastic given my knowledge was limited. Extremely friendly and would highly recommend if you need a termite inspection. I have just booked them in again for my investment property.

My experience with Noah’s Ark was extremely positive. They made the entire process easy and were able to assess and resolve our unwanted rodent issue quickly. 10/10 service, I would highly recommend them!

She was fantastic! Caleb arrived within the hour and quickly and cleanly dealt with the "issue" catering to my extreme squeamishness about the whole thing. He was fantastic to deal with. I would give Noah's Ark pest control five out of five stars!
